The technical support was excellent. The technicians were knowledgeable, patient and polite. They called at the time they promised. It was a wonderful experience working with all the technicians as they were very knowledgeable, kind and patient. They were able to clearup so many little problems that I had with my Mac. I also liked the fact taht I can call them with any problems with my printer or other equipments connected to my network.
