The technical support was excellent. The technicians were knowledgeable, patient and polite. They called at the time they promised. The fact that the services of OneClick is available throughout the year is a very soothing feeling. There could be nothing more consternating than your computer creating trouble at important junctures. My experience with OneClick was exceptional. The support was exactly what I needed. It was a wonderful experience working with all the technicians as they were very knowledgeable, kind and patient. They were able to clearup so many little problems that I had with my Mac. I also liked the fact taht I can call them with any problems with my printer or other equipments connected to my network.
