It was a wonderful experience working with all the technicians as they were very knowledgeable, kind and patient. They were able to clearup so many little problems that I had with my Mac. I also liked the fact taht I can call them with any problems with my printer or other equipments connected to my network.

Took care of all my problems very efficiently. Great quality work, answered every question I had. Also they are very affordable. Definitely going to recommend them if any one needs quality computer works.I paid $200 to get my 3 computers fixed and on the top of that I get support from them for another 1 year for any technical issues.

once i had a blue screen issue Oneclick technologies responded within minutes of my online request. unheard of response time unmatched by any company i have ever worked with. once online with me they were able to solve the problem even when the computer itself failed to turn on properly. I was really in a Jam, I was out of town and needed some computer support. Without this I could not have concluded my business. OCT got back to me in 10 minutes and spent a great deal of time corrected all issues as well as gave me excellent resources. I wouldn't do anything without there link on my desktop!
